Access to Radio Southland during ILT Hotel preparations

Radio Southland is located close to the site of the new ILT Hotel. There will be changes to our office’s accessibility during the demolition process, which is due to begin on Monday.

From Monday 4th February, there will be an alternative pedestrian route set up between Esk & Don St’s on our side of Dee St. Parking outside will be blocked off. People who access our station who live with disabilities may need to take extra care.

From the 23rd of March, we’ve been advised that our side of Dee St from Spey St to Esk St will be completely closed to car access for at least two weeks.

The library’s car parking building has a free 90 minute top floor which is disability accessible – we encourage you to use that and come to us via the Wachner Place lights.

We will update this as information comes to hand.

If you have any issues, please don’t hesitate to call us on 2189891, and we’ll be right down to help!
